If you have a Sam’s Club near you, they sell small quiches (frozen) in large quantities. You may have to make the sandwiches, but they also have specialty breads which would dress up any sandwich. Go to your local Farmer’s Market to get fresh fruit and veggies.

If you have a specialty supermarket in your area, most do catering at a reasonable price. A lot of supermarkets may also have some things in the deli section that you may want to get.
Good luck!

Supermarkets delis will often create a party platter for you. Often, they sell premade party platters with food such as fruit, veggies, etc. for a reasonable price. Also, don’t forget that many chain restaurants will create a party platter (often for as little as $50). If you are willing to be a bit flexible (for example, willing to serve fruit instead of quiche), you can find great deals at stores and restaurants you visit every day! Another thing to look at is small things you can buy yourself (like mixed nuts or chocolates) and arrange on a party tray. If you have one nice, big part tray, and several smaller snacks, food will still be plentiful without tons of leftovers that won’t store well.
