What color makeup to wear with dark hair and pale skin?

I have very pale, rosy skin, very dark brown hair with black eyebrows, and dark green eyes. What colors of makeup can I use without looking either washed-out or sallow (which is a problem I have with most pale shades of foundation, for some reason)?
