How should I change my makeup to match my new hair?

I have recently cut my hair and coloured it much lighter (blondish) then it’s usual dark brown. I have vey pale skin and clear blue eyes. I find that my usual classic look of red lips and black eyeliner are slightly to harsh for my new fresh look. Any suggestions of quick and easy makeup?
