What brand of makeup is hardest to remove from a shirt collar?

I do portrait quilts, and the hardest thing is to find the exactly right colors for skin tones, shadows, and highlights. So, I’m thinking that makeup comes in a wide range of skin colors, and could be used to touch up the tiny areas that need shading or highlighting on the faces and hands, etc.

I will probably need to wash the quilt at some point, so I thought the more staying power a make up has, the better.
So, what brand, what type, liquid or powder based, is hardest to get out of clothing?
