Sometimes when I wear waterproof eyeliner & mascara, towards the end of the day, I start to look like a raccoon. I tried using non-waterproof liner and non-waterproof mascara as well but the results are pretty similar.

I lotion my face, dust it with a loose powder before applying any make-up. Any other suggestions are greatly appreciated!
